Refund policy
Due to the nature of our products we do not offer returns or exchanges.
If you receive your order and it is damaged please reach out to us immediately via our "Contact Us" button or email us at Contactsassycow@gmail.com with photo proof of damages so we can send you a replacement or a store credit that will be valid for 30 days. Refunds or replacements will be issued on a case by case basis. We are NOT responsible for stolen items and/or items not received and/or items marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.

Sassy Cow Shipping Protection provides comprehensive coverage for your package, in the event that your order does not arrive safely or intact. With 100% protection, you can trust that if your package is lost* or damaged your purchase will be replaced or refunded. This service is provided by Sassy Cow Co. LLC and does not use any third party companies to ensure the best and most convenient resolutions for you.
If you are needing to file a claim on a missing or damaged order please email us within 48 hours of delivery at contactsassycow@gmail.com
If your package is damaged please send photos to the above email.
*Packages marked as DELIVERED via the shipping service (USPS or UPS) will need to go directly through them.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately via email if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
